Sold an investment property that i had owned with my brother for 12 years. Will enable me and my wife to pay off our mortgage (Geelong area we are both late 30s), grew up working class, my mum was single mother with 5 kids, we didn't have a cracker growing up. very mixed feelings selling the property as i second guess our decision to sell every second day vs holding onto the property. i dont even know what my question is, i'm after guidance off some of you more experienced investors.
