Also a quick reminder of what would be at stake based on some back of a napkin calculations:

If LSS is valued at 3X LTM revenue, we should see a valuation of around $80m.
Should the IPO offer 30% equity ($24m raise) we will see a post money valuation of $104m.
After the IPO, ICI would own a 70% stake of the now $104m LSS - $72.8m.
Add to that, the remaining enterprise value of ICI, we would be looking at a total valuation of ICI of $90m-$100m.

How did I do?

If we are about to witness the above - I dare say we should be backing the trucks up at this price.
