Bullish news coming out of Fertilizer Week. US have just dropped import duties to roughly 2% from 20% on phosphate and China has put the brakes on phosphate exports again to protect farmers from rising international prices. News was reported yesterday 14th Nov. Very bullish, I'm sure Barry will start posting some links as it filters through to news outlets.
