Sounds like you're getting your history from anti-Russia biased 'western' corporate-owned mass media.
Please do your research before making silly statements like that. USSR government had plenty of jews in it. A lot of them were in the top positions of various organisations and ministries that actually drove the repressions.
Hitler's army had thousands of jews in it. Many of them were decorated with an Iron Cross. Maybe Hitler wasn't an anti-semite after all?
