    Please correct me if I am wrong.
    AKE shareholders will receive 1 to 1 share of Arcadium
    LTH shareholders will receive 1 to 2.4share of Arcadium.
    At today price AKE shareholders will have an Arcadium share valued at $8.62
    LTH shareholders will have an Arcadium share valued at (8.62x2.4)=$20.68.
    Hope I am wrong as it does not make sense.
