Discussions are in place to facilitate an Euro Toll volume [read EV] Plant. JIMHO, once/if that's up & running the Pilot plant will supply both R&D and regional "OTC" sales.
Some Management commentary has me thinking local Anteobind manufacturing has been farmed out to another location - did Ellume have it's own local & US Toll Volume plants?
