The quiet word I am hearing is insurance companies are looking at significant increases in premiums to cover battery and charger fires - and will be including EVs and in home charging etc. Disclosure clauses etc otherwise policy void etc.
No media around this yet as they do not want a big negative reveal before the industry as a whole has a "position" - and MSM media too dopey to join the dots and ask questions - thus far...
