Ha ha! I emailed Aus Super yesterday suggesting exactly this! There were some barbs of course "lets try this again with some consultation this time", "initial group of affected members has found..."
Unfortunately IMU CFO hasn't responded to my request for the number of IMUOE disposed of by JP Morgan Nominees in the Aus Super selling time period. Therefore we don't know how many people are affected. I believe that Aus Super will use this to their advantage to deflect AFCA and each individual member.
Again, if anyone with Full-Service, bells and whistles trading access can see what IMUOE was sold by JPM between 1 & 8 Nov, it would be appreciated if you'd let us know.
