Yes it should be every investor's greatest concern - the acquisition - let's hope that it's at 'arms length' and can be shown to be so - given that MGX is controlled by a Chinese group there should be no acquisition from any Chinese group including Australian assets owned by any Chinese group - I would highlight Cockatoo Island unless it can be clearly shown that the seller has not made a profit on the sale after holding costs.
