Well for starters , they have a BOD comprised of 6 Directors with Chis Ellison as the Non Executive Chairman.....Most TSXV listed companies worth their salt also have 6 or 7. Back in the day before these ' Cowboy's ' re-badged SYA from DiamonEx ...., we did too.
