Just a thought.... Wondering if allowing artisinal to run rampant and not protect legal title is deliberate?
Strategically it would prevent any other board/company from making a T/O offer on legal grounds and allow the current team to continue to collect salaries on the never-never with occasional virtue-signalling photo shoots.
