The fact that not too long ago, Dr. Axel Hoos was successfully kicked off the board by some outside force tells me that the BOD have absolutely no defence against a hostile takeover from a BP. However, if CF33 turns out to be the holy grail of solid cancer treatment, then the best defence will come from another BP which will lead to a bidding war.
