Audio Pixels have constantly stated at AGM's that they have protected their IP and are working in partnership with EM.

I am very confident there is one kind of Gen2 speaker chip that is being made, that requires the IP of both AKP and EM.

The patents coming out from EM are multiple and varied and covering a lot of their work, but I dont think they are making another version of the mems speaker that does not require the IP of AKP.

I am not techno gur like yourself but I just dont see that happening from a business angle or from what we have been told in AGM's and presentations and tradeshows from EM themselves.
