I failed to notice this a couple of weeks ago: I've previously held this stock, but have a friend who still does.
Very good to see this gent purchasing on-market. 10 or 11 trading days later, he's in the money, even if not by a large percentage.
For a Director to hold $100,000 in scrip of "his" or "her" company is reasonable. Ideally, it should be one year's fees (after three years in the psoition) according to the ASA of which I am not a member.
