I believe Walyering is designed to be as is, without the ability to upgrade. Most likely because the field will unlikely be producing more than 33PJ/d. Any additional reserve will simply serve to prolong the field life rather than increase production.
My take is that with SE, it is a more complex design because it will be modular, with additional modules to be added for SE phase 2 and WE (our share of the gas anyway) as production ramps up.
