You both should let this be. If one of you wishes to post something about the activities of the company, then this is an acceptable place to do it. If the other, or anyone, wishes to comment back, then that is fine too. You are both informed individuals with an interest in the operations of the company and there is much that can be learned from various sources of understanding but let the personal stuff go. Others taking little prods from the sidelines one way or the other, aren't particularly helpful.

If there are particular issues, then the people in charge of the forum can take (or not take) action as desired and there are reporting and personal (ignore) settings that the individual can utilise should they wish.
