Actually, I agree with that. KS does not need to sell down his holding, and SWM does not need to raise cash, so what is the difference between 26c or 70c share price to him or SWM? The answer is nothing - no difference whatsoever.
Hence if his ultimate objective is to take over SWM at no premium, then it makes sense that he wants SP to drift lower and lower. The SP is only for plebs. The dude does not care one iota.
