The 19.9% stake does not prevent any other parties from buying LTR shares, even making an offer.
Also Gina is a strategic/cornerstone holder. She is very unlikely to manipulate share price via trading. According to the broker data, she bought ~296m LTR shares via Euroz. She reached 19.9% on her last buy 11 October 2023. Since 12 October 2023 till last Friday (latest broker data), Euroz bought net 1.1m LTR shares (Total buys 1.3m, total sells 0.15m). There's no evidence of she trading her shares.
