When the market turns, it turns very quickly, selling pressure evaporates, hard to get into positions.
That's why I advocate for a 'dollar average' approach, but only when the start of the dollar average pricing point makes sense.
In the last few days DXC jumped 15%, try to buy into that situation, very difficult.
Anyway happy from my point of view, severe market fear has enabled me to build a very nice REIT portfolio, spread accross multiple REITS.
