    Agree.. everyone knew a CR was coming, hence people weren't buying on market

    Get this over with and then I think we'll move up from here

    Spot price continues to go up.. and we've seen the big caps and near-term producers fly

    PEN should be next in line to fly with planned end of 2024 production
