Don’t let those pushing a dodgy narrative fool you.
Look at the hard numbers of EV sales and installed battery capacity. Consistent and significant growth yoy with the expected monthly fluctuations as per historical trends.

This almost exactly what numerous forecasters already forecasted at the beginning of the year. There are always some unexpected developments and some markets perform better than expected while others perform worse than expected, but on average it worked out pretty well this year. ev-volumes calculated 10.5 million sales for last year, so this year we have about 33.33 % to 34.29 % YoY EV sales growth.”
