BAS Operation reports always have an abbreviated bullet point style. I thought the language was quite clear. They are currently working with a global oil service company and preparing a scoping study to identify the potential commercialisation of PEL182. Of course the main factor will be the cost to extract the massive resource. So it makes complete common sense when identifying and creating a scoping study to work with whomever is going to foot the bill. Obviously the company involved will decide whether to go ahead or not when the study proves the project to be viable. How you can twist them exploring this avenue as a negative seems strange. Personally I feel positive that BAS are in the early stages of what will be massive for the company.
