The extension to have a further look at the data room coincided with Gina securing her blocking stake. Coincidence?
I think not. You do realise that ALB were trumpeting to their Shareholders how good the LTR acquisition would be for ALB. Until Gina came along that is (reduction in lithium prices didn't help, although that was primarily in the immediate days following ALB pulling out).
