You cannot be Privy to anything that the board members discuss, are you saying you have knowledge that others don't, that Ross Brown took you in confidence on board matters.
As far as JW is concerned he I assume due age would love to retire, I am quite sure that when we see a spike in share price he may well exit and why not he is senior in years and doesn't want to do a this the rest of his life.
You were paid a sum of monies from INCA to be onsite at Barklay Area how ever you wish to assume it is up to you, its called payment for services via invoice or taxable earnings.
