No offence taken re lady CEO's.
Bottom line here is that AMP have ponied up their best and brightest at a press conference to announce their next big thing to disrupt the SME banking sector and have written off in excess of $300m market cap in the process of doing so.
Just quite amazing. - some of their comments are laughable
AMP - we want to be agile and make quick decisions - Yeah - but it has taken you 9-12 months to come to this decision and now we need to wait until 2027 before it goes live - how agile is that? lol
Analyst Question - but their are other alternates that do what the new platform do with reduced cost and improved speed to market- Yes - but not with such a full feature set - lol.
It is just amazing that I am sure the AMP execs expected this to be a very favourable announcement/presentation and look what has happened.
