We paid 22.5 millions for the 19.9% from Reckon in 2021. So we're making 1 million profit. Now, people can argue that putting 22.5 millions in a bank would give better yield.

If we think from another angle, Novatti achieved their objective. They wanted to set up partnership with Reckon and make them use our ecosystem. I personally see no issue with the sale. The partnership is still there and would continue to bring revenue

Made a mistake around the dividend figure. 14.6 millions as at 22/11/2022 announcement and we got another 560k from September 2023. So it's 1.5 million profit
