I second your sentiment, WLJ. I've adopted the 'prove it to me, then I'll believe' approach. I really don't want to be skeptical, I just cannot stomach taking their word for it right now. I've conceded this is now a sit, wait and be proven one way or another kind of stock.
All said and done, if they can get pen to paper on the JV and/or get an equity partner in for DM, plus some cash from litigation we are looking very pretty indeed.
