Eh, this price action 4-12 or 12-9, is irrelevant really. It's just traders. When news arrives this will either sky-rocket or be back at 4. If you're confident, grab as many as you can comfortably and if you are not move on and try and find a stock you are confident in. GLTAH, every day that passes is a day closer to knowing.
