Ann: Results of Annual General Meeting, page-2

The voting results today tell us a few of our larger shareholders are not happy (I don't think the results are many small holders). Adoption of Remuneration Report did not carry with 72.22% voting against (up from 4.01% last year) and Approval of 10% Placement Facility did not carry with 59.71% voting against (up from 5.25% last year). Note, only 14% of shareholders voted, but it's the passionate few, and they are sending a message. First strike on the rem report will make next year more interesting. Hopefully PTX100 delivers some great results next month, and we can all be happy.
