Absolutely no chance of CATL getting a controlling interest or any significant % of AZS, with Chris Ellison and Gina Reinhart already holding significant blocs for that exact purpose to "De-China" the downstream Li market for WA sourced Spod, and even if they did, the Treasurer/FIRB would knock it on the head. Thats not to say that CATL weren't looking.
The register of WC8 is a bit more open, but again surely CATL know that FIRB will stop this in its tracks.
