CEO specifically addressed the management of water in the pit in his meeting comments.
I am going from memory here, but I believe they are below the water table and so have to deal with both seepage (what you see in the slide 13 photo) as well as natural ingress of water from rain events. He specifically highlighted that they have an ongoing system in place to manage this. If I recall correctly, he said (whilst Slide 13 was up) that when they finish mining that Western end which is what you see in slide 13, the resultant pit would be used for future water storage as part of their ongoing water management plan for the mine.
