All your 5 questions can be answered if you bother to spend sometime reading their last presentation rather than spending time on useless technical analysis on a biotech with no revenue and move up and down based on market sentiment and news.
Stop being lazy and read up to make yourself familiar with the company you have investment money in. If your basis for investment is TA than the above 5 questions are irrelevant for you, especially given you have already invested without knowing the basics.
