The delays are all out of any boards hands. Every company in the past 3 -6 months has had delays of some kind. Weather (there was some flooding earlier on 2023), heritage reasons, lab reasons, delayed court dates and so on.
From what I can tell is that RR1 management are mostly on time with what they can and do control. Ie drilling commencement, sampling and exploring start dates and so forth. What’s out of their control and all boards control can’t be put onto them as bad management IMO.
the deadlines that have been changed are out of their control entirely.
