So much hinges on this case ... if successful sacred site claim, then there will be a land slide of bogus claims hitting all oil & gas projects as well as land based mining.
Its about time the government realises that we dig stuff up and export it and that's what makes our economy so strong ... without the mining industry Australia's financial future is doomed and will collapse.
