I'm thinking now whilst Lynas is investing heavily into our future, people with more time than myself can see that holding the stock will certainly give a reward since the wannabes have huge catching up to do in regards to plant installation. Hence I am tending to accept the operational costs at face value as offered by 600ml. The expenditure is warranted. However, I do believe that when the revenues of RE sales increases Lynas MUST implement a dividend payment to us since this stock , no matter what great progress the company achieves, is very volatile and the holders I believe need to see an annual return sooner than later through volatility and good times.(I think it's fair to say once KAL and Mt Weld extension has settled). Further expansion into Texas I can't see is possible in this climate with RE prices stabilising at quite low prices. I'm not picturing the SP getting bullish any time soon. Just my picture on things but its time after MtWeld and KAL to reward us somehow. Lynas is not a speculative stock now. It's the real deal like any other producing mining company. Dividends please AL.
