Rob, your right everybody is in the same boat !
The only difference being that the majority of Hard Rock projects can still make a substantial PROFIT even at these depressed prices. With a couple of notable Brazilian exceptions, Ionic Clays are and will still be well underwater until RE prices cross the US$100,000/t barrier. at which point the Hard Rock plays will be making huge profits, while IC's will only be making peanuts.
Just like you I personally don't like Peak, because of the Chinese influence, but at least their shareholders have not backed a nag !
