i don't know, but.
the company is in a trading halt/suspension............
maybe they have legal requirements in that country to disclose info
maybe it is part of the permits that government need to informed of any major developments
maybe the info is incomplete but good enough to share with government officials
which you would think, be covered by some sort of implied confidentiality law especially to do with Embassies
i'm no legal expert, but you would think Government laws would overrule asx laws
that is why we could be in a T/H and suspension.........
don't see any problems..........
