Well, yes and no. SOI barely increases by 5%, you can pay $0.42 cents on market to stay neutral. But to be honest the money is being spent on drilling which will be used to upgrade the JORC. Does it really matter in the scheme of things when the price double or tipples from here as a result? Frankly I'm disappointed they didn't raise a little more.
