I mean, it seems like a pretty dumb move to sell now. I'd expect people were either holding expecting results or have gotten out of the way because they wanted to trade up to the news but not through the results.
Nothing's changed (except the time) - the fact that there's no update or announcement doesn't mean anything other than that they haven't finished pulling a discovery or no discovery out of the ground just yet.
