Hi Ryan, can you please elaborate a bit and share an example or two of the potential benefits that the proposed changes could bring? Is it common to have cloth and pump issue like ours, typically do we need to bring an expert to suggest resolution, and typically how long does it take to procure and rectify? I know that’s a lot of question but I will really appreciate our insights, thank you.
