Hi Jayszip. I agree with many of your points, figures and that paying dividends is fanciful. I have always liked companies like Lynas into returning revenue into increasing production capacity. But I think time is coming where no matter what the past has shown us I believe tbe company is at a point where the price will atabilise and that omnentators who believe these shares will achieve $20 beyond fall into the fanciful category too.
If US inflation is easing and the west try to embrace and control the RE prices away from Chinese influence then for sure the share p will reflect up. But Im not going to look even one week into the past as to why dividends would be fanciful. Im looking at the companies position it should take for us after KAL and Mt Weld are funded. I think worrying about Texas before this time and before seeing the companies position growth wise some time after kal and mt w is prudent too. I think taking on Texas before giving shareholders some reward is a bit much as many here even on HC are thinking about the cost to run the business now per income return. Let alone taking on Texas. Any further commitment may keep the share price stimeyed. I think we need a breather on Texas asnd a bit of money thrown to the investors at some time. I could be way off track but I have many times said the SP would be plateaued whilst many saw upward promise, some at $20. Australian surely. Here we are. 6.80 odd still. Anyhow Jayszip I enjoy your opinions . You may be on the money but I think the company needs to also be mindful we are here for investment. Thanks for your reply. Id like some returns soon.
