I'm only new to this space but it intrigues me why Tabba Tabba was sold to Wildcat in the first place?
since McClements is a director of GAM and co founder of RCF which is a majority shareholder.. and also the chairman of MIN.. reading between the lines shouldn't the connect already be in place? I get there can be a conflict of interest etc
but yet a director or 2 of Wildcat get issued an extraordinary amount of shares for the 'connection'
happy to be educated as I said I'm new to lithium, but all seems like a bit of a circus?
not taking anything away from WC8 shareholders, as it looks to be a wild ride... but trying to dot my i's and cross my t's
