I am tapped out now also, but I think they are in good shape financially and the revenue from 500k subscribers will be fully realised in the March Quarterly.
Idan used an example of charging a subscriber EU 20., but there are costs on top, such as affiliate fees and Telco %, so let’s assume that the Telco gets 20% and affiliates get 50%.
That leaves 30% to Unith or say 6 Euros./ subscriber.
Who knows, there could be some other costs and we also have to convert to AUD, so let’s divide by another 6 times, just to be cautious so that we get 1AUD / paying subscriber/month.
What are the chances we can get only 1AUD from each of 500,000 subscribers?
Logic says we can get $1.5M/ quarter in this low risk scenario and that that revenue should be realised in the March quarter.
That is my logic for tipping in more.
