Apparently the first Recruitment Company is one of the best in the business, so why would the remaining BOD engage another Firm ? The remaining BOD don't want high calibre that will challenge , drive , and hold them accountable. Instead they want to parachute in an associate or yes man so they can sit on their arse, do fck all and wait for a take-over.
