Merger: Yes or No, page-179

I have already voted NO to the merger.
Thats for all those years keeping us in the dark, the boards poor communication that they have promised to ammend but never have, management being supercilious arrogant fu--s that havent given a toss about the little guy.
They have failed in one of their basic duties " to preserve shareholder value"
I also have a stack in my Australian Super account through Member Direct. When I figure out how to use these to vote NO i will be doing that also.
2nd biggest balls up behind their A40 mess IMO.
