let's assume for prognosis per G
- there is no board only an administrator - eg CA firm
- immediate suspension from trading per PAN
- immediate sale of assets, just dirt and holes in ground and an old rusty mill(s)
- payment to state for liability of remediation of mines (holes in ground)
- lots of publicly available studies.
