Dust control is a well practiced in all mining industries
Silica is everywhere, iron ore miners monitor it on their sites
More recent who haa is from unregulated dry cutting of manufactured stone and breathing the dust
Would have thought EPA concerns over silica dust can be very easily managed
Slow but steady progress it seems
