GiddyYup, if, as you say, Michelle cannot exercise her options when she gain the results of the trials as that would be deemed insider trading as that information is not yet also known by the general public, it stands to reason then that if she was that sure of a “headline result” she would of exercised them before gaining actual knowledge of the results so she had legal ownership in time.
