This week, with the rest of Saturday remaining to add to the total, there has been a high 15 loaded grain trains through Gheringhap, just outside Geelong in Victoria.
11 of these Pacific National-operated trains have had 40 wagons with four having 50, so assuming a median 2400 tonnes for each 40 wagons (grain weight varies), that's close to 40,000 tonnes of GNC grain delivered to the North Geelong grain loop GNC facilities.
