My personal experience was that I had absolutely no health issues prior to the jab. Live a reasonably healthy lifestyle do quite a bit of exercise.
I got the mRNA vaccine and immediately after the second dose, I went home and jumped on the exercise bike and did an hour of light riding. When I hopped off the bike I went to have a shower and I had what turned out to be Psoriasis all around my face and progressed through my hairline. It has mostly gone away but I am still needing to treat it daily.
was it the vaccine or coincidence, who knows.
I think the point is even if there are very low percentage of people who have any adverse effects it is not pleasant.
the positive for PAR is that the AE seem to be mostly localised bruising.
anyway let’s move on.
